Energy Healer in Bishop’s Stortford

From early childhood, I have walked a deeply intuitive and spiritual path, with a natural sensitivity to energy and the subtle realms. I experienced the world beyond the physical—perceiving auras, exploring states of astral travel, and developing an innate awareness of the body’s energetic systems. These early awakenings became the foundation of a lifelong dedication to healing, spirituality and soul-based work. This was partly due to having had a very challenging and at times traumatic childhood.

My journey began with a fascination for acupressure and acupuncture, later grounding into formal study with a qualification in Kinesiology in 2004. In 2010, I expanded into deeper spiritual practice by qualifying in Esoteric Soul Healing, a powerful modality.

Esoteric Soul Healing works with the energy of the soul to access higher consciousness, restoring harmony and balance across the Soul, Mind, and Body. It is a subtle yet powerful healing method that supports deep personal transformation, helping to release energetic blockages that may manifest as physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual difficulties. When the energy of the soul flows freely, we naturally return to a state of vitality, clarity, and inner contentment.

I have been honoured to offer this work within sacred spaces such as the Goddess Temple and Goddess Hall in Glastonbury, as well as through my own private practice, holding a safe and confidential space for healing and self-discovery.

A typical healing session begins with a consultation, allowing space to explore the client’s needs—whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual—and to answer any questions. The client then relaxes, either lying down or seated, during the healing process. Sessions last approximately one hour and conclude with a gentle discussion of the experience and insights received.

Clients often report a renewed sense of vitality, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to their inner wisdom. Many experience a stronger sense of self, greater peace of mind, and a clearer alignment with their life purpose.

My work is guided by intuition, higher consciousness, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique soul journey. I am here to support others in awakening, healing, and returning to their true essence.
